Last night after we got home from having fun hanging out with a bunch of the girls' friends and parents from school, we went in the backyard to look at the planets (last night you could actually see 3 of them (Venus, Mars & Jupiter). Brooke, Briana and I went out and looked at the stars and the planets. As I was getting them ready for bed I asked them what their favorite thing about today was. Usually it is something that happened at school or some fun thing we've done. I figured today would be going to McDonalds and playing with all their friends. But, Brooke actually told me, 'Looking at the planets'. Sometimes I forget it really is the simple stuff that counts most.

February 25th: Planets
