It's own post

Ok, you just KNOW when you look at a picture like this, that there is this hysterical story behind it and that this very picture deserves it's very own post. Look at that expression on her face - doesn't it crack you up and make you wonder what she is laughing so hard at?? Then notice her hands - now, don't you wonder why they are on her skirt? Perhaps the two are related. Hmmmm.

The story goes like this (but first a little background info).
The skirt was a hand me down (LOVE those!) from my niece. A couple of trips ago, Brooke decided she wanted to go to church with Jenny to watch her receive a scholarship. As fate would have it, I forgot to pack a dress or skirt and Brooke did not want to wear shorts. So, Jen found this skirt in Rabeka's closet. It was slightly big for my skinny minnie Brooke, but she managed it ok. Fast forward a couple of months and she wants to wear the skirt again. Said skirt is still just as big as it was 2 months ago, but not falling-off-when-you-walk big. We decided we'd go jump on the trampoline one fine Saturday morning. The girls were having a great time jumping, flipping and showing me all their tricks on the 'stage'. Then they started jumping around the trampoline in a circle. As high and as fast as they could (you see where this is going, don't you). I was snapping pictures like the crazed paparazzi wanna be that I am. Anyway, as Brooke jumped up, her skirt slid down. In the flash of a millisecond, we all three busted out laughing and she grabbed her skirt and pulled it up (that's when my finger reacted and hit the button and that's the picture you see here). We could NOT stop laughing. It was absolutely hysterical.

And, yes, this is TOTALLY something I would have done as a kid. Poor girl comes by her gracefulness (and thankfully, the ability to laugh at herself) quite honestly.
